The Mindfulness Meditation Movement Practice

Mindfulness Meditation Movements, also called “Hitbonen,” is a simple, direct, daily meditation, that is easy to do. It is for people of all ages, including children. This practice will help keep your physical, spiritual and emotional bodies, healthy, happy and balanced. It helps us from becoming mentally, physically or emotionally stuck, which could lead to stagnation and illness.

Process:

You will learn 18 movements, along with their different, corresponding sounds. This  will help you touch pure consciousness and draw your awareness, in a healing way, to various parts of the body.

Benefits:

• Healing mind and body

• Strength and balance

• Awareness

• Overall wellbeing
